In the course of our lives, we often hit rough patches. Navigating through tough times does not come easy to everyone. Some individuals become detached from life, falling prey to depression and loneliness. These emotions and thoughts can disconnect you from life, making you feel completely left out, like a burden on everybody, an object of hatred, or someone who is completely different from the rest of the world and does not belong. These negative thoughts can severely sever your connection with life.


At I-Span, we offer a plethora of psychotherapies to help you overcome social and emotional isolation. Some of the therapies we offer are:


Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy enhances cognitive skills and helps individuals overcome issues such as social isolation and withdrawal, emotional withdrawal, and more. Through several talk sessions, we help our clients identify and realize the causes of their detachment, counselling them to enhance their coping skills.


Group Therapy

Group therapy promotes emotional regulation and enhances social skills, helping clients manage their social anxieties. We also address issues caused by bereavement by offering support from others in the group who have suffered similar losses.


Community Therapy

We use community awareness programs and events such as game nights, block parties, and other planned community activities to help manage detachment and isolation.

Through these psychotherapy services, we strive to inculcate a pro-life attitude in our clients. We encourage them to let go of their troubles and embrace happiness in life. That way, we bring them back to life!
